Tech Dump’s 4th Annual Robot Fashion Show is back and byte-ier than ever, and we’re really excited to announce that this year’s fashion event will be a part of the Science Museum of Minnesota’s Earth Day celebration, complete with host Tane Danger (of The Theater of Public Policy) and returning judges from Project Runway!
Attendees to the Science Museum are also encouraged to drop off small tech items for secure recycling at the event. The event has been a fun and quirky success for three years running, and this year promises to be a robo-tastic evening and reminder that recycling is très chic!
Want to attend?
WHEN: Saturday, April 18th, 2020 1PM and 3PM.
WHERE: Science Museum of Minnesota, 120 W Kellogg Blvd, St Paul

Want to participate?
This year features two opportunities for robots to run the walkway! Volunteer teams create and model their own unique robot looks—with the caveat that entrants incorporate a minimum of 25% repurposed electronic items—and then the robots teams will show off the creations one at two different full-blown runway fashion shows. Call time for robot teams is 12:00 p.m. that day for the 1pm and 3pm shows. Lunch, a green room, and additional goodies will be provided for participants. Sign up here!
